18:4
Come out

"And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues. For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities." (Rev. 18:4, 5)

The first call to leave Babylon (14:8) was not with a loud voice. Those who know cannot wait for the second call however. We are accountable for what we know. I am saddened by many in religious groups who have been blinded and prejudiced by what they have heard or imagined. "Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin." (James 4:17). Then are those who intentionally refuse to listen excused? No, because that refusal of the voice of God is itself sin. Fortunately, God understands hearts. Our responsibility is to listen. " My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:" (John 10:27)
